How can I avoid my SMS notifications being turned off again?


Your SMS notifications gets turned off automatically if one of your accounts accrues very high SMS fees. This only affects the account type where it happened:


Business account: SMS is turned off across all your business accounts. Your personal account is unaffected.

Personal account: SMS is turned off on your personal account only. Your business accounts are unaffected.


To reduce the chances of this happening again:


1. Log in to your Moniepoint app and go to Settings.

2. Select Notification Preferences.

3. Turn off SMS alerts for transaction types you don't want to be notified about.


You can still keep email and push notifications on for any transaction types you turn off SMS for, so you won't miss anything.
