How to Change Your NOK's Phone Number




  1. Step 1 → Open you Moniepoint App app and navigate to your Profile section
  2. Step 2 → Scroll down to Actions and tap on Next of Kin
  3. Step 3 → Locate the Phone Number field and enter the new number
  4. Step 4 → Tap Next to confirm your changes
  5. Step 5 → An OTP will be sent to your register phone number, provide OTP
  6. Step 6 →Authenticate using your Face ID



Your update is saved and takes effect immediately


⏱️ You must wait 4 hours before making another NOK update. A maximum of 3 NOK changes are allowed per 30 days. Your Next of Kin's phone number cannot be the same as the phone number linked to your account. If you encounter an issue, please try again.
