How it works

Use the mobile number registered with your bank.
Dial *565*0# on your phone.
Your BVN will be displayed on the screen (or sent via SMS).Important notes

The code is compatible with all Nigerian banks.
A small network/service fee (usually around ₦20) may be deducted.
Your SIM must be active and have sufficient airtime.
If you have multiple bank accounts, the BVN shown is the same for all of them.

If it doesn’t work

Ensure you’re dialling from the registered phone number.
