Why is my POS terminal not charging, and how do I fix it?



Follow these steps if your terminal is not charging:

  1. Put a fresh paper roll inside the terminal.
  2. Open the POS App and go to More > Terminal Diagnostics.
  3. Select Full System Check, tick all options, and click Run Test.


Next Steps:

  1. If the charger test passes, turn the terminal off and on again.
  2. If it fails, your terminal is faulty. Please request a terminal swap from your Relationship Manager or by contacting support.
