Why is my POS terminal not charging, and how do I fix it?
Follow these steps if your terminal is not charging:
- Put a fresh paper roll inside the terminal.
- Open the POS App and go to More > Terminal Diagnostics.
- Select Full System Check, tick all options, and click Run Test.
Next Steps:
- If the charger test passes, turn the terminal off and on again.
- If it fails, your terminal is faulty. Please request a terminal swap from your Relationship Manager or by contacting support.
