Why does my Moniepoint POS app keep crashing, and how can I stop it?
If your screen displays any of these errors:
- "Unfortunately, Moniepoint POS has stopped."
- "Moniepoint POS stopped working."
- "Moniepoint POS keeps stopping."
Follow the solution for your specific terminal below.
- For TOPWISE Terminals (Needs Update):
- Open the App Market on your terminal home screen.
- Locate the Moniepoint POS App and click Update.
- For TELPO P8 Terminals (Needs Reset):
- Go to the terminal's main Settings.
- Select Backup & Reset and click Factory Data Reset. (Note: This clears bad data causing the crash).
- For KOZEN D300 Terminals (Storage Issue):
- This terminal is out of storage space. Please contact your Relationship Manager or support to initiate a Terminal Swap.
