How to Generate Account Statement

Here is how to access your bank statement in a few simple steps:


  1. Go to the homepage of your Moniepoint app: Open the Moniepoint personal app on your mobile device and log in to your account.
  2. Click on "See more" on your recent transactions: Look for the section displaying your latest transactions and tap on the "See more" or "View All" option to expand the view.
  3. Click on the download icon at the top right corner of your screen: Once viewing your transaction history, locate and tap the download icon (often represented by an arrow pointing downwards or a document icon) usually situated in the upper right-hand corner.
  4. Choose your statement recipient: Select where you'd like the statement to be sent – either your registered email address or input another email address.
  5. Choose your date range: Specify the period you want your statement to cover (e.g., last 30 days, last 3 months, or a custom date range).
  6. Choose your file type: Select your preferred file format for the statement (PDF, Excel, or CSV).
  7. Choose the stamp status: Decide whether you require a stamped or non-stamped statement.
  8. Then export: Tap the "Export" or "Generate" button to finalize your request.
