I forgot my card PIN. How do I reset it?

You can reset your card PIN through the Moniepoint app. To reset your card pin:


  1. Log in to your App.
  2. On your dashboard, click on cards.
  3. Click on the card within the active card section.
  4. Click on Card Settings.
  5. Click on Reset Pin.
  6. Enter the OTP sent to your registered phone number.
  7. Enter your new PIN twice and save.
