When should I request a chargeback?

Request a chargeback if:

1. You were charged twice for the same transaction.
2. The goods or services were not delivered.
3. Cash is not dispensed from ATMs
4. You did not authorize the transaction.
5. Unauthorized transactions (non-fraud related).
