How does the ranking system work?

The ranking system is designed to evaluate the performance and transaction activity of business owners every week, offering rewards based on their performance.

There are four ranks, each with specific weekly or daily transaction requirements and associated commissions. Rankings are reviewed weekly, with higher performance in the previous week leading to better commissions.

To ascend the ranks and secure better commissions, business owners simply need to increase their transaction volume. The more transactions conducted, the higher the chance to advance and earn enhanced commissions. It's a system that rewards proactive engagement and transactional growth.

Can I get a breakdown of the commission I will receive when I sell cards as a Moniepoint card sales Agent?

When a card is sold, 80 naira is credited to the sales agent's primary wallet, and an additional 820 naira is credited to the card sales wallet. These funds cannot be moved into the main wallet until all the cards in that batch have been sold. For instance, if a card batch containing 5 cards is sold, 80 naira is credited to the main wallet instantly. This implies that a total of 400 naira will be credited as commission from card sales into the main wallet, and an additional 4100 naira will be credited as commission from card sales into the card sales wallet once the last card in the batch is sold.

The only reason for a reduction in the card sales commission is if the card is sold to an existing cardholder who wants to replace their lost, stolen or destroyed card. The commission on cards sold in this case is 200 naira.
