To close your Moniepoint Account:
- Log in to your dashboard and access settings by clicking on the photo icon located at the top left corner of the screen.
- Choose 'Close Account' and proceed by clicking 'Proceed.'
- Select the specific account you wish to close.
- Provide the reason for closing the account.
- Complete the face verification process.
- Enter your transaction pin, then continue to submit.
Please note:
- Accounts on Post-No-Debit (PND) status with a balance exceeding N500.00 cannot be deleted. Kindly wait for the PND status to be released before attempting to delete such an account.
- If your account holds over N500, transfer the funds to another account before attempting to delete it.
Your request will be reviewed by our team and processed accordingly.
