If you don’t see all your Moniepoint accounts when using the USSD code, it may be because you’ve used different phone numbers for your business and personal profiles during the onboarding process.
For example, if you originally registered a Moniepoint business account with phone number A and later registered a personal account with phone number B, dialing the USSD code with phone number A will only show your business accounts. To see your personal account(s), you’ll need to dial the code using phone number B.
