Rewards

Customers can earn cashback for certain transactions based on short-term campaigns (a.k.a goals). Cashback is a small percentage of the money they spend on transactions that we give back to their Rewards wallet.

Personal banking customers can earn cashback on various transaction types, such as VAS (e.g., airtime, data), interbank transfers, card transactions, savings, and bill payments, depending on which campaigns are active at that time.

Business banking customers can earn cashback from POS transactions, Interbank transfers, Airtime and Data on an ongoing basis, in addition to any short-term campaign offers. Business banking customers have a 3-tier system (Rising star, Super star, Mega star). Each business customer's tier gets updated weekly based on how many POS transactions they made in the previous week. Higher tiers return higher cashback from POS transactions and Interbank transfers.

Customers have a separate wallet for cashback rewards. The amount in their cashback wallet is visible on the dashboard when they scroll down to the Rewards subsection.

To withdraw/cashout that money,

Tap the cashback wallet button (showing the amount) or tap the Rewards button on the bottom navigation bar and go to the Rewards hub. From there, they can tap on the cash out (for personal banking) or withdraw (for business banking) button to transfer that money into their main wallet. They can choose to transfer either the full amount or a partial amount they enter.
